DR CAROLINE DOWNING - BDSC
Dr Caroline Downing graduated from Sydney University in 1987. She has practised for 28 years in her own practice in Neutral Bay. She has done post graduate training in implants and orthodontics at Sydney University and has a special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and Dento-Facial Aesthetics. Her belief that the general dental practitioner should incorporate all aspects of the Dento-facial complex into their treatment planning is the cornerstone of her practice. This has led to post-graduate training in Cranio-mandibular dysfunction, orthodontics, sequential aligner therapy, implants, veneers, oral-facial aesthetic injectables and she is currently completing a graduate diploma in aesthetic orthodontics.

Dr Downing has incorporated digital dentistry into all aspects of her practice with the use of digital x-rays, CBCT, digital smile design and intra-oral scanner to assist in a seamless work flow. She is experienced in the use of many relaxation techniques including happy gas and sleep dentistry. She has four sons and enjoys outdoor adventure activities in her spare time. Dr Downing is also the director and owner of a synergistic ecommerce business dentalcareproducts.com.au and is a graduate of the AICD.
DR. FADI YASSMIN - B.D.S (SYD UNI) MSC AE DENT (KINGS COLLEGE), MFGDP (UK)
Dr Yassmin graduated from Sydney University in 1993, his immediate interest in orthodontics and early interceptive orthopeadics in children paved the way for his passion in multidisciplinary treatment. When opening Broadway Dental Centre as a Sydney dentist, he knew that he needed to stay at the forefront of dentistry, to best serve his patients.
Dr Yassmin established his practice in 1998 and has provided a boutique environment that not only remains state of the art in all technology, treatments and oral solutions, but provides each patient with a comfortable and relaxing experience.
He is an accomplished spokesperson on a number of dental health issues and a key opinion leader for several dental companies (Acteon, Core3dcentres, Phillips and Nobel Biocare). Dr Yassmin is a regular on the Channel 7 network on any dental topics or opinions.
Dr Fadi Yassmin, is highly trained and skilled in all facets of dentistry; with particular interest in Cosmetic Dentistry, teeth whitening, makeovers and dental implants. To this day, Dr Yassmin regularly has continuing education on his agenda and attends post graduate courses both in Australia and overseas. His interests include Dento facial aesthetics and the use of facial injectables as part of his treatment planning.
Dr Yassmin has become a speaker and official instructor for DSD (Digital Smile Design) with Dr.Christian Coachman. Having completed an intense residency at the headquarters of DSD with its founders, he has been able to pass on the knowledge to his colleagues with meticulously designed courses that he runs across Australasia.
MR. CHRIS HOWARD - BE (HONS), MCOMPSC
Joining the company in 2009, Chris Howard is Core3dcentres General Manager for the Asia Pacific region.
A professional engineer for over twenty years, Chris has extensive experience in production engineering and the integration of advanced software and hardware systems. Chris received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with First Class Honours from Sydney University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science in the area of Software Engineering from the University of New South Wales.
Highly regarded for his breadth and depth of knowledge in the CAD/CAM Dentistry field, Chris is a member of the Core3dcentres International engineering committee. He is involved in developing international standards and sits on the ISO TC106 SC9 CAD/CAM Dentistry standardisation committee as the nominated expert from Australia.
MR MATTHEW RACE – DIP. DENT. TECH, LVI MDT
Matthew Race is the Technical Director of Race Dental Laboratory. He is an L.V.I. Master Technician and was the first 3M ESPE Lava trainer and demonstrator for Australasia.
Matthew was the first Key Opinion Leader on the Wieland Zirconia System in Australia & New Zealand; a lecturer and demonstrator for the Heraeus Kulzer Academy, and an ongoing lecturer for the Queensland Government Oral Health Services continuing education program.
After registering in 1994 he studied extensively throughout Europe and the U.S. gaining accolades at the Vita Factory in Germany, Schottlander Factory in England and studied Neuromuscular Dentistry at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.
In 2003 he founded the ADA accredited implant study group “Simplicity with Implants”. As a specialist Crown, Bridge and Implant technician he is currently one of the senior technical advisors for Core3dcentres International and regularly contributes to leading dental magazines and journals.
